Consultation Fee

The firm will provide you an initial consultation at a reduced rate.

Your initial consult fee is $150.00 for the first hour (pro-rated if less than one hour). Should you retain the Pullen Law Office, LLC on a full retainer basis, you will receive credit for your consult fee up to one hour so that such consultation is free.

Legal Fees

Foreclosure cases can be a monthly program or on an hourly basis.

• The low monthly program is available at a flat rate of $500 per month plus any costs incurred by the Firm on your behalf.
• Services are also available on an hourly basis of $200 per hour.

Bankruptcies are on a flat rate bases based on the complexity of the case - filing fee of $274-299 is not included in this fee:

• $1,800-$2,000 for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy (allowing you to save your home).
• $1,200-$1,500 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy (liquidation).

Closing Document Review:

• $500 and up depending on the complexity of the case.

Short Sale & Deed in Lieu

• $200 per hour as needed.

Immigration & Criminal

• Services are available on an hourly basis of $200 per hour or on a flat rate basis depending upon the service. Please call us regarding those prices.
